2025 ANNUAL MEETING

Cordova Electric Cooperative invites all members to participate in the 2025 Annual Meeting. Please bring the invitation included in your Annual Report packet for faster check-in!

The Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, March 17th, 2025 at the Cordova Center. Registration will begin at 5:00 pm. The meeting will start promptly in the theater at 6:00 pm and will last approximately one hour with the drawings for prizes at the end. Following the meeting, food will be served in the atrium.

At the meeting, members will select one of three grand prizes to be drawn. All members will be entered to win 20+ additional prizes. Members must be present to win.

The CEC Nominating Committee nominated six members to run for the CEC Board of Directors. Two candidates will be elected to serve three-year terms. Board Directors whose terms are expiring are Steve Ranney and Andrew Smallwood. The candidates on the ballot in 2025 are:

• Steve Ranney (Incumbent)
• Andrew Smallwood (Incumbent)
• Penny Oswalt
• Jeremy Botz
• Pete Mickelson
• Heather Thorne

Unless delivered at Annual Meeting, ballots must be received by CEC by 5:00pm on Monday, March 17th, 2025.

If your membership is a corporation, association, or business, be sure the person signing the ballot is a designated voter for the membership.
