2023 Annual Meeting

Registration 5:00 pm
Annual Meeting 6:30 pm

The Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, March 20th, 2023 at the Cordova Center. Registration will begin at 5:00 pm. Members will be able to submit their ballots, register for the drawings, enjoy appetizers, and listen to presentations by CEC staff. The meeting will start in the auditorium at 6:30 pm and will last approximately one hour with a drawing for prizes at the end.

Members will select one grand prize they wish to enter for and will get entered for all of the other prizes.

The CEC Nominating Committee nominated four members that have agreed to run for Board Director. Members will elect two Board Directors to serve three-year terms. Current directors whose terms expire in March of 2023 are Rob Campbell and Joe Cook.

Ballots of members voting by mail must be received at the Cooperative headquarters in Cordova, Alaska, no later than the day of the Annual Meeting, or cast in person at the meeting.

If your authorized voting member(s) have changed, stop by the office to update your membership card, or give us a call to discuss who is an authorized voter on your account. Businesses other than sole ownerships are also encouraged to come by our business office to update their voter authorizations.
