PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Directors of Cordova Electric Cooperative, Inc. is considering the following Tariff revisions to become effective October 16th, 2023:
Clarifications and updates to how CEC will handle over- and under-charges for electric service in the event of a meter malfunction, billing error or tampering by the consumer.
There will be a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, at 6:00 PM in the Cordova Center Education Room (adjacent to the Library). The purpose of the Public Hearing is to record the statements and questions of the membership relating to the proposed change.
Agendas and a copy of the proposed changes will be available at the office and on the CEC website prior to the Public Hearing.
